Early last month, we discussed a head-on collision in Winston-Salem that critically injured a North Carolina State Representative and killed another driver. Police stated the second driver's toxicology tests revealed his blood-alcohol level was 0.29, almost four times the North Carolina legal limit to be considered impaired. Test results for the Winston-Salem Democrat did not indicate any intoxicants were in his system. He has had multiple surgeries since the crash and is still recovering. Police investigation will continue until they can determine who was at fault in the wreck. To read more about this story click here http://www.wral.com/news/state/nccapitol/story/10559751/.
