DWIAround 3 a.m. on Sunday morning an N.C. State student hit another student riding a bicycle on campus. Apparently, the driver was turning onto a service road leading to Dan Allen Drive parking deck when he hit the bicyclist traveling south on Dan Allen Drive. The impact shattered the windshield of the vehicle and the bicyclist is in serious critical condition. The 19-year-old driver was charged and DWI and provision DWI following the crash.
